As CEO of Voyager, Will directs overall company strategy and management of the business. Prior to Voyager, Will was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aris Water Solutions, the leading produced water-focused midstream company in the country. He helped lead corporate strategy, growth and finance through its eventual IPO in October 2021.
